Dear Alls, Any body can suggest me to find out washing plant effeciency ? My plant is using Baum Jig made in China and dewatering screen. Tailing is retected from Jig with bucket elevator, and middling/consentrate will be collected as products. The question is how to increase production with minimize ash?. Plant capacity is 100 TPH. So far our coal recovery yield 70% with ash lower than 12%.
