Undecided to use the chippings or type 1.my garden drains OK but not great. I'm putting down a 32 m2 patio next to the house on a type 1 sub base with a fall of 1 to 60 into channel drains. The artificial grass will between the channel and more paving in front of my large shed. I'm using more channel drains at the shed end.
